Don't use a Cricut heat press or a home iron. Set your heat press to 310 - 320 Degrees F. Press the transfer for 10 - 12 seconds with high pressure. Then, do a hot peel. After that, press it again for 5 - 7 seconds to get a really nice, seamless look. Remember, since all sales are final, be careful with your heat settings, pressing pressure, and peeling technique.
